Follow this 8-week training plan. The plan requires you to ride your bike five days per week and if that isn’t doable for you, simply switch the days around according to your schedule or work in another rest day!
For a race like this, volume is much more important than intensity. Follow the plan as closely as you can to allow you to truly succeed on race day. Let’s beat some PRs!
